A Fish Rots from the Head

Kasim Reed’s Administration is overseeing a fake documents mill. 

According to longtime city hall WAGA reporter Morse Diggs, the Reed administration has been overseeing what may turn out to be the largest “CASH FOR CREDENTIALS” scam in the city's history.

In what is being called an “extensive” document falsification scam, Reed administration officials were Creating, Selling and Validating documents needed to secure city employment.

Because of the way city election politics work, Reed will have to be particularly careful not to upset city employees with his "investigations and findings.”  

Without city employees he cannot win reelection.  Look for Reed to water down the crimes and the punishment.
