Until now I thought Kasim Reed was effectively dishonest and cunning.

Now comes along a Dale Russell story that shows Reed is unsophisticated and reckless (think Kwame Kilpatrick, former Mayor of Detroit).

If the WAGA-TV story is correct then U.S. attorney Sally Yates and the FBI will require Reed to explain WHY he signed a contract that allowed HIS BUSINESS PARTNER to secretly secure a MONOPOLY OF TRANSPORTATION services at the airport.
