Mayor Reed’s Brother and “Contract Compliance”

Tracy Reed is the Mayor’s brother and an administrator of “contract compliance” for the City.  CBS-Atlanta reported that an Atlanta Municipal Court judge recently issued a warrant for Tracy Reed’s arrest.
